Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Booking Procedures & Arrival Windows

Appointments are assigned within convenient 2-to-4-hour arrival windows. Our technician will call or text 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival. If no adult (18 years or older) is present at the service location during the specified window, the technician may proceed to the next call, and a trip fee may apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframes

  • Standard Service Requests: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled window start to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Same-Day & Emergency Commercial Dispatches: Once a technician is dispatched en route for emergency service, the diagnostic travel fee is non-refundable.
  • Special Order Parts: Deposits for proprietary OEM parts ordered specifically for your unit are non-refundable once the supplier has shipped the item.
Section 4
Pricing & Payment Terms

We believe in complete transparency. Our pricing structure includes an initial diagnostic service fee, followed by itemized, flat-rate quotes for parts and labor before any repair work commences.

Diagnostic Fee Waiver

When you approve and complete the recommended repair with our company during the same visit, your diagnostic service fee is credited toward the total repair bill.

Accepted Payment Methods & Invoicing

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, authorized business checks, and verified digital payments. Commercial clients with pre-approved credit terms must settle net invoices within 15 calendar days. Unpaid balances past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum rate permitted by Georgia law.

Section 5
90-Day Warranty & Liability Limitations
Comprehensive 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty

All replacement parts installed by Marietta Appliance Repair GA technicians and associated labor are warrantied for 90 calendar days from the service completion date. If the identical part fails or the same malfunction recurs within this warranty window, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Unrelated subsequent failures of other internal components on the same appliance.
  • Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, flooding, pest infestation, or external plumbing issues.

OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE VISIT IN DISPUTE.

Section 6
Customer Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure a safe and efficient repair appointment, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

  • Adult Supervision: An authorized adult at least 18 years of age with authority to approve repair estimates must be present throughout the service call.
